Brief Description
This individual is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day wine grape farming operations under the direction of the Area Manager. This includes allocating crews, arranging for equipment, materials, and tools to be available in the right locations, overseeing pesticide applications, and working with vendors and county agencies. To be successful, the candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication, the ability to work at a faster pace when needed and good computer skills.

Qualifications:
•  3+ yrs experience – Ag Management with a degree in Ag Business or Viticulture
•  Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus
•  Experience with AgCode and Intelliculture a plus
•  Experience with iOS devices and Windows programs
•  QAL License required
•  PCA License preferred
•  Class C License with clean driving record
