We’re seeking a Hospitality Ambassador who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional, detail-driven service.

What You’ll Do
•  Host elevated, personalized tastings that reflect the Reeve standard of excellence
•  Build genuine relationships with guests while confidently guiding them toward purchase decisions
•  Work collaboratively with a tight-knit team to ensure seamless daily operations
•  Maintain and execute a polished, detail-oriented guest experience from arrival to departure
•  Assist with setup, breakdown, and property upkeep in a physically active, outdoor setting
•  Support private appointments and special experiences with precision and care

•  A natural host—warm, intuitive, and highly attentive to detail
•  Comfortable with sales and motivated to meet goals
•  A team-first mentality with excellent communication skills
•  Adaptable, flexible, and solutions-oriented in a changing and primarily outdoor environment
•  Willingness to work outdoors, stay on your feet, and lift up to 50 lbs (a case of wine)
•  Availability on weekends and holidays (especially Saturdays and Sundays) is essential

Wine knowledge is important here, but mindset matters more. Curiosity, humility, and a desire to grow carry real weight.

Details
•  Full-time (~32 hours/week), Saturday, Sunday, Monday plus 1-2 other shifts/week
•  Appointment-only tastings, 7 days a week
