We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as lab technicians for the 2026 harvest. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in both the lab and cellar during the exciting harvest season while gaining valuable insights into the winemaking process. Responsibilities:
•  Perform daily lab analyses of juices, musts, and wines (Brix, pH, TA, etc.).
•  Execute inoculations (yeast and malolactic bacteria) and precise fermentation additions.
•  Participate in daily cellar tasks, including cap management, wine movement, and fermentation monitoring.
•  Help maintain a clean and sanitary winery environment, including crush equipment and facilities.
•  Conduct vineyard sampling to assess grape maturity.
•  Assist the winemaking team with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
•  Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude.
•  Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative.
•  Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (10+ hours per day).
•  Flexibility to work weekends and overtime during the harvest season.
•  Basic understanding of wine science and laboratory procedures.
•  A passion for wine and learning!

Compensation:
•  $22-$26 per hour depending on experience.
