Responsibilities:
•  Grape processing and sorting.
•  Fermentation management (punch-downs, pump-overs, additions).
•  Tank, press and barrel cleaning and sanitation.
•  Wine transfers and racking.
•  General cellar maintenance and organization.
•  Assisting with pressing and other harvest-related tasks as assigned by the winemaking team.

Minimum Qualifications:
•  Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
•  Self-motivated, team-oriented, and reliable.
•  Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (10+ hours per day).
•  Flexibility to work weekends and overtime during the dynamic harvest season.
•  No previous harvest experience required.
•  A passion for wine and a willingness to learn!

Compensation:
•  $20-$26 per hour depending on experience
