Whitehall Lane Winery is a family-owned and operated winery seeking a fun, outgoing and sales driven individual to join our team of Wine Educators at our prestigious Napa Valley winery. Our perfect candidate has a passion for sales and hospitality, and is a team player willing to assist in all aspects of the tasting room. Candidates must be knowledgeable about wine, with exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

Hiring Full and Part Time positions:

Sales and Service Duties
•  Confidently guide guests toward premium wine purchases and club enrollment
•  Provide valuable and entertaining wine, brand and family history education
•  Create memorable experiences for all guests who visit the estate
•  Speak comfortably in front of both small and large groups
•  Work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and maintain enthusiasm throughout the business day
•  Ability to work in all tasting areas inside or outside

Qualifications
•  Minimum 2 years’ experience in wineries, luxury hospitality, fine dining, or other sales-driven guest service roles
•  Proven track record in wine sales, membership growth, or other revenue-focused positions
•  Solid wine knowledge with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning
•  Availability to work on Saturday’s and Sundays

Must be at least 21, able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time. Must be reliable, punctual, flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.

This position is full-time with excellent benefits with part-time available as well.
