Mobile Bottling Lead Operator

Job Description:

A Mobile Bottling Lead Operator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of bottling operations, including equipment, crew, production flow, and customer interaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who takes ownership and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
•  Lead and operate the assigned bottling line, including key stations and processes
•  Supervise, train, and support team members while holding them accountable for performance and safety standards
•  Monitor efficiency, minimize downtime, and keep production on schedule
•  Work directly with clients in a professional and solutions-oriented manner
•  Perform routine maintenance and communicate repair needs as needed
•  Complete required logs and accurately track daily activities
•  Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and transport

Requirements
•  Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
•  2+ years of bottling experience
•  Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
•  Ability to work long hours, including overtime and weekends during peak periods
•  Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods (8–10 hours)
•  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•  Adaptability and ability to manage changing priorities
•  Class A CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)
•  Bilingual a plus
