About the Role
Napa Valley Wine Academy (NVWA) is seeking a creative, wine-literate Social Media Coordinator to join our team at our Napa headquarters. As a leader in global wine education, we need a storyteller who can translate the energy of our classrooms and the expertise of our instructors into engaging digital content.

This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content on campus and turning technical wine theory into digestible, viral-ready social media posts.

Key Responsibilities
Content Capture: Attend in-person classes, tasting clinics, and campus events to film high-quality vertical video (Reels/TikTok).

Educational Storytelling: Create content that explains wine concepts (WSET/CMS level) in an engaging, modern format.

Community Management: Foster an "online study group" environment by engaging with our global student body and celebrating their certification wins.

Trend Adaptation: Monitor social trends and adapt them to fit the professional, authoritative voice of the Academy.

Qualifications
Local to Napa: You must be able to visit the Academy regularly for content shoots.

Wine Knowledge: Foundational understanding of wine is required (WSET Level 2 or higher preferred, or equivalent industry experience).

Mobile Production Pro: Expert-level skills in mobile video editing (CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar).

Communication: Exceptional written skills with an eye for detail and academic accuracy.
