Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Direct Sales Manager to expand and deepen our presence across California, with a primary focus on premium on-premise and key retail accounts. This role requires a highly connected sales professional with an established network of top-tier buyer relationships and a demonstrated ability to translate those relationships into meaningful placements and sustained reorder performance.

Key Responsibilities
•  Drive wholesale growth across California, prioritizing high-end restaurant, hotel, private club, and fine wine retail accounts
•  Secure placements across wine lists, by-the-glass programs, and premium retail environments
•  Cultivate long-term partnerships that translate into consistent reorder velocity
•  Maintain an active market presence through account visits, tastings, and activation events
•  Represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity in both trade and consumer settings
•  Support select in-market DTC experiences and private client sales engagements as appropriate

Qualifications
•  5+ years of experience in premium or luxury wine sales
•  Established relationships with key buyers in Southern California (preferred) or Northern California
•  Proven track record of placements and sustained account performance
•  Strong understanding of on-premise and fine wine retail dynamics
•  Relationship-driven, highly disciplined, and brand-oriented in approach

Location
•  Preferred: Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego)
•  Open to: Northern California candidates with strong existing account coverage
