We are seeking a polished, highly motivated Wine Sales & Membership Specialist to join our
hospitality team. This role is designed for professionals who excel at building relationships,
guiding guest experiences, and consistently converting engagement into meaningful wine sales
and long-term membership loyalty.

This is an opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals who take ownership of their

guest experiences and strong commercial results.

Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Elevated Guest Experiences
•  Host personalized tastings that reflect the style, philosophy, and energy of Ashes &
Diamonds.
•  Read guests intuitively and tailor experiences in real time.
•  Create an environment that feels welcoming, effortless, and distinctly memorable.

Drive Wine Sales & Membership Growth
•  Confidently guide guests toward premium wine purchases and club enrollment.
•  Consistently achieve strong individual sales and conversion performance.
•  Cultivate repeat guests and long-term brand advocates.

Represent the Brand
•  Serve as an ambassador of Ashes & Diamonds both on-site and at select off-site
engagements.
•  Continuously deepen wine knowledge, storytelling ability, and sales expertise.

Show your Passion

•  Naturally build trust and connection with a wide range of guests.
•  Comfortable recommending premium wines with confidence.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  2+ years in winery, luxury hospitality, fine dining, or sales-driven guest experience roles.
•  Demonstrated success in wine sales, memberships, or revenue-focused environments.
•  Strong wine knowledge with ongoing curiosity and learning mindset.
•  Ability to thrive in fast-paced, guest-facing service.
•  Availability Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

•  Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
•  Ability to stand for extended periods.
•  Ability to bend, reach, and move dynamically throughout service.
