About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Public Relations & Marketing Associate to support both our communications and marketing teams. This role blends operational excellence with creative and cross-functional support—managing the logistics and data behind the wine scoring process while also contributing to key marketing initiatives.
The role is first and foremost an operational and data-driven position with meaningful exposure to marketing execution. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our wines receive industry recognition while helping to bring our brands to life through sales and marketing assets.
This is an ideal entry point for someone who is comfortable working in Excel, enjoys managing complex logistics, and is excited to contribute across multiple projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Wine Scoring & Logistics Management (PR)
• Own and manage the wine scoring process across major trade publications (e.g., Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, James Suckling, etc.)
• Coordinate sample shipments, including tracking inventory, timing, and delivery confirmations
• Maintain Excel trackers for all submitted wines, scores, and results ensuring data accuracy across multiple sources
• Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, wineries, and publication contacts
Marketing Support (Marketing)
• Assist in the creation and updating of marketing and sales assets, including presentations, sales sheets, and tasting sheets
• Help with website updates and content maintenance
• Provide flexible support across a range of marketing and cross-functional projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• High level of comfort with Excel / Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas required); experience with SharePoint and Teams a plus
• Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once for both PR and marketing projects
• Clear, professional communication skills and ability to stay on top of deadlines
• Interest in wine and learning about the global wine industry (prior knowledge not required)
