SUMMARY:

Jackson Family Wines is hiring an Associate Brand Manager. This position works with the luxury wine and emerging spirits portfolio of Jackson Family Wines. The Associate Brand Manager partners with the Brand Manager to develop and execute the business and marketing strategies for a collection of brands within the division, supporting the continued growth of both wine and spirits.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Partner with Brand Manager on long-term and annual business and marketing plans across wine and spirits brands
•  Research and provide brand, category, and market data as needed to support brand strategy and decision making
•  Lead and execute initiatives including event marketing, digital marketing, trade/media/consumer tastings, and direct-to-consumer marketing
•  Project and Process Management: as determined by brand plans, partner with brand leadership to develop project timelines and track execution, coordinating with relevant departments, agencies, and vendors
•  Prepare reports to update stakeholders on monthly business results and brand performance
•  Support new product launches across both wine and spirits
•  Partner with Sales team to develop effective trade tools that drive distribution and velocity across multiple channels
•  Manage components of the P&L: marketing budget, sales forecast, and COGS

REQUIREMENTS:
•  Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in business, marketing, or finance
•  Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a marketing-related position
•  Strong foundational knowledge of wine and spirits, with interest in developing deeper expertise in the spirits category
•  Proficiency in common programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•  Basic understanding of pricing strategies across multiple markets and channels

WAGE TRANSPARENCY:

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000.00 - $100,000.00. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
