Bogle Family Wine Collection (BFWC) is in the heart of the AVA of Clarksburg, California. It is run by the sixth generation of Bogles, who live and work in the Sacramento Delta region. Bogle was honored as Wine Enthusiast’s 2019 American Winery of the Year and CAWG’s 2022 Grower of the Year for our sustainability efforts in the winery and vineyards. Position Summary:
The PNW Regional Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor partnerships, key account relationships, and executing sales initiatives across Michigan and Ohio. This role will oversee chains, on and off-premises channel strategies, delivering sales execution, training, and overseeing pricing, finance, and budget management. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep industry knowledge and a passion for wine.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Manage relationships with wholesaler leadership, including GMs, VPs, and Brand Managers throughout Michigan and Ohio, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and goals.
•  Set and communicate volume and distribution goals by brand and channel.
•  Implement effective programming and incentives to support business objectives
•  Deliver distributor performance reviews with insights, solutions, and strategies.
•  Ensure mastery of pricing and negotiate distributor investment as needed.
•  Leverage reporting systems to develop market insights and identify opportunities.
•  Own business planning and execution across on premise, off premise, and chain channels.
•  Set channel goals, develop programs, and monitor performance
•  Maintain in market presence to understand conditions and competitive activity.
•  Coordinate with Strategic Accounts while owning chain execution in the market.
•  Conduct impactful, channel specific sales presentations; lead brand education and new product launches
•  Maintain and manage a list of key accounts for direct sales and relationship development.
•  Directly call on key regional/state accounts not covered by Strategic Accounts.
•  Regularly report activity and accomplishments across target accounts.
•  Use internal and distributor reporting systems (I Dig, Pricing 2.0, Nielsen).
•  Review and maintain pricing, track competitive activity, and provide reporting to leadership.

Qualifications:
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in the wine industry, with a focus on sales and distributor management.
•  Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and cross-functional projects.
•  Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
•  Strong understanding of Michigan and Ohio wine markets and distributor networks.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
•  Must reside in Detroit, MI, Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati, OH, and be able to travel extensively within the territory.
•  Must possess a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
•  Experience with reporting and data tools such as iDig, VIP, Nielsen, and other sales analytics platforms.
•  Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry at least 55 pounds frequently. Must be able to walk, sit, bend, twist, and/or stand for long periods of time. Travel requirements: Must be able to travel away from home on an as-needed basis. Must be insurable by the company’s insurance provider.
