The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor actively supervises and works alongside Facilities Technicians, coordinating daily assignments and directly assigning and managing maintenance tickets, service requests, and repairs. This role provides hands-on technical support for designated facilities, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment; performing routine and preventative maintenance; and supporting Tank Net/Logix systems and Maintenance Tracker ticket systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, personally performing and assisting with mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance across winery production equipment, bottling lines, and facility infrastructure.


What we will ask you to do:
Oversees the Maintenance Tracker ticket system and assigns maintenance tickets to the appropriate technician, Supervise Maintenance Technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Travels to designated facilities for facilities and maintenance needs.
Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production equipment, bottling line, electrical systems, and controls.
Maintains and repairs buildings and associated equipment systems including general carpentry, painting, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC equipment, water treatment, wastewater systems, and electrical systems.
Completes all daily paperwork related to maintenance assignments and functions.
Routinely inspects buildings and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and communicates needs for all repairs.
Schedules appointments with outside vendors, technicians, and inspectors.
Supervises storm water monthly inspections for dry seasons, wet seasons, and storm water samples for the annual SWIPP.

What you will need:
10 or more years of experience in the same or related field.
Possess mastery in the following disciplines: Electrical/Electrical controls, and machinery repair.
Computer skills required.
Valid Class C driver’s license required
Prior winery experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Electrical, plumbing, welding, mechanical, and carpentry skills preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills in mechanical and electrical control
