CrossKeys Vineyards is one of the premiere wineries in the scenic Shenandoah Valley AVA in Virginia and we're hiring to fill a position that will assist the winemaker in both the vineyard and winery, working directly with the winemaker, vineyard crew and operating machinery.

Work will be hands-on split between our new winery and our 30 acre estate vineyard with work priorities changing with the season. You'll be involved in the viticulture and winemaking process for a range of wine styles using both modern and traditional winemaking methods.

Work will require you to be physically fit and be flexible with hours throughout the growing season and harvest in which there are sure to be some long days. This is a rewarding role and a great learning opportunity as you will be working directly with the winemaker, hands-on all operations and involved with the projects that help us achieve our long-term goals.
