We're looking for a Wine Club-Membership Manager who understands that wine is ultimately about relationships — and who has the talent, warmth, and drive to cultivate extraordinary ones.

This is not a call-center role or a data-entry position. This is a seat at the table. You will be one of just three key managers in the business, reporting directly to the CEO and working hand-in-hand with ownership to shape the direction of our most important sales channel.

What You'll Do
As Wine Club-Membership Manager, you'll lead and grow our direct-to-consumer membership programs — from curated seasonal allocations/releases to personalized outreach campaigns and exclusive member events. You'll bring strategic thinking to how we structure and evolve our programs, and a personal touch to every interaction with our most loyal customers.

Specifically, you will:

•  Drive revenue and membership growth by developing targeted campaigns, refining club structures, and converting wine lovers into lifelong members
•  Own the member experience end-to-end — from automated shipments and release communications to high-touch, concierge-level outreach for top-tier members
•  With Private Client Services Coordinator, engage with existing members to a level that foster retention and significantly advance LTV.
•  With Private Client Services Coordinator, coordinate non-members outreach that focuses on release curation.
•  Lead with data using platforms like C7, Enolytics, and Treefrog to track performance, surface insights, and guide strategy
•  Collaborate closely with the Owner, CEO, Hospitality Manager, and Private Client Services Coordinator to ensure every touchpoint — digital or in-person — reflects our standard
•  Bring fresh thinking to how we engage a broader, younger audience without compromising the luxury positioning our members expect
Who You Are
You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial. You take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high standard. You love wine, genuinely, and you love the people who love wine.

You communicate with warmth and professionalism — whether you're writing an email campaign, picking up the phone, or welcoming a member at the tasting room. You're comfortable with winery POS platforms (Commerce7 / WineDirect), at ease in a fast-paced environment, and energized by the idea of building something lasting at a winery on the rise.

Experience in wine DTC, wine club management, and/or luxury hospitality is strongly preferred.
