Position Summary
The Brand Manager is a key member of the 3 Badge marketing team, responsible for
the hands-on execution of brand strategy across a portfolio of wine and spirit brands.
Working under the direction of the CEO, this individual drives brand programs from
concept through completion — managing creative assets, supporting sales, leading
digital and social channels, coordinating events, and maintaining brand consistency
across all consumer and trade touchpoints.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Management
• Execute comprehensive brand marketing plans including promotions, seasonal
programs, brand launches, and advertising
• Lead the creation and management of sales presentations, sell sheets, point-ofsale
materials, and promotional items
• Manage photoshoots and video productions in coordination with creative
partners
• Analyze program effectiveness and track key sales and consumer trends
• Prepare standardized reports and performance recaps as directed
• Manage outside vendor and agency relationships
• Assist with brand budget tracking, payments, and reconciliation
Digital & Social Media
• Own strategy, content development, and community management across all
social media channels
• Monitor and maintain all brand websites; ensure content is current and accurate
• Develop and manage social media content in support of tasting room
programming, events, and DTC promotions
• Coordinate with external digital partners as needed
Public Relations
• Support PR activities including news releases, key media outreach, and monthly
press mailings
• Manage new product submissions and editorial opportunities
• Coordinate press samples and donation requests
Events & Trade
• Coordinate and attend offsite consumer and trade events
• Host internal trade tastings and brand presentations
• Provide tasting room support as needed, including staffing for special events,
VIP guest experiences, and branded activations
• Available for on-site support during key tasting room events — evenings and
weekends as required
• Travel to key markets for distributor work-withs and field support (~15% travel)
• Act as brand ambassador with distributor partners, key accounts, and tasting
room guests
Sales Collaboration
• Develop strong working relationships with the sales team to support field
execution
• Provide brand materials, talking points, and training support as needed
• Undertake additional sales, marketing, and administrative projects as required
Experience & Qualifications
• B.S. or B.A. in Marketing or a related field
• 3–5 years of marketing experience; wine or spirits industry strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands or projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with the three-tier distribution system
Skills & Attributes
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign,
Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WordPress
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
• Passion for wine and spirits; genuine interest in the industry
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a small, collaborative
team
Position Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Flexibility in work schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; personal vehicle required
• Approximately 15% travel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
