Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Wine Educator with exceptional sales skills and a passion for enology education to join our team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will not only have experience in wine education and customer service but also demonstrate strong potential to drive sales, generate monthly revenue, and recruit new members for our exclusive Wine Club. This position requires ongoing sales tracking, goal setting, and contributions to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Educate visitors about wines, regions, pairings, and enological topics, ensuring a memorable and educational experience.
Actively promote wine sales, related products, and membership signups for the Wine Club, converting visitors into loyal customers and club members.
Conduct monthly sales follow-up, reporting performance and developing strategies to maximize revenue.
Drive membership signups for the Wine Club and mailing lists, supporting sustained growth of our membership base.
Lead tours, tastings, and special events with professionalism, enthusiasm, and persuasive communication.
Achieve sales targets consistently, directly contributing to the monthly revenue and overall business growth.
Maintain a professional, friendly attitude at all times, representing our brand and values.
Perform opening and closing duties at the Visitor Center, including inventory management, cleaning, restocking, and organization.
Collaborate on special events, promotions, and marketing activities to boost sales and attract new clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in wine education, sales, and customer service within the premium beverage or wine industry.
Ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals successfully.
Track record of following and reporting monthly sales goals, with a focus on revenue growth.
Strong potential for recruiting new customers and converting visitors into active members of the Wine Club, with persuasive follow-up skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (fluent), with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, motivated, and passionate about wine and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Availability to work full-time, including weekends and special events.
