In search of a Vineyard Manager for the 2026 growing season and beyond. Looking for an intelligent, organized, hard-working individual passionate about growing high quality wine grapes. At least 3 years of full-time viticulture/farming experience required. Logistical experience, heavy equipment experience, horticultural training, experience organizing data using Excel and/or AgCode, all a plus. Must speak some Spanish, bilingual preferred.

Located in the up-and-coming Rogue Valley of Oregon. Beautiful and affordable region with loads of opportunity.

Requires a valid divers license and ability to lift 30 pound bag. Responsibilities dependent on level of experience, but may include:
-organizing and directing field crews for all vineyard tasks
-Monitoring vineyards for pest and disease
-Organizing and supervising spray programs
-Evaluating vine water stress and executing irrigation plan
-Organizing safety training and ensuring compliace with OSHA standards
-Operating and adjusting vineyard equipment
-Participating in harvest supervision/logistics

Pay dependent on experience.
