Harvest Cellar Hand – Lynmar Estate Winery
Russian River Valley | Approximately August 1 – end of October
Opportunity for the right candidate to extend the position through the beginning of the year.

Lynmar Estate is a family-owned winery in the Russian River Valley producing small lot, ultra-premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on our 45-acre estate.

Candidates will experience all facets of harvest and work closely with our small winemaking team. We are a mostly outdoor winery so you must have the ability to work in various weather conditions and enjoy stunning views of the Russian River Valley.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Maintaining proper sanitation procedures
Tank & crush pad preparation and grape processing
Juice / wine additions
Fermentation maintenance
Barrel work and preparation
Press/equipment operation
Forklift experience a plus but not required

Must have good communication skills and most of all, candidates must have a positive attitude to work long hours and up to 6 days of the week during the peak of harvest. We do our best to keep everyone fueled with snacks and several lunches. We usually have music going in the cellar, and the aux cord occasionally makes the rounds.

Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr DOE

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation.
