Family-owned winery/vineyards group and onsite brewery is seeking a regional sales manager to represent our winery and brewery brands in the Ohio regional marketplace.

Qualifications:
-At least 3 yrs experience in wine and/or beer sales
-Knowledge of Ohio three-tier distribution system including knowledge of distributor pricing structure
-Knowledge of the Ohio retail and restaurant markets
-Excellent customer communication skills
-Current driver’s license
-Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
-Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities:
-Meet sales objectives
-Maintain distributor relationships & sales reports
-Develop a marketing and expense budget for the wholesale sector of our business
-Represent our brands with distributors, retail buyers and customers
-Communicate with buyers and at public presentations/tastings
-Maintain and grow sales with long-established retail & wholesale customers
-Manage & work special events, in-store and off-premises tastings

Base salary, commission, bonuses, expenses, marketing budget, health, dental, life & short term disability insurance and benefits.
