The Manager, Business Intelligence Systems, is responsible for promoting positive working relationships between Business Intelligence Systems and other company departments. This role is responsible for the overall Business Intelligence function within Winebow. At the Business Intelligence program level this position directs the overall strategy, planning, delivery, support, and management of the Business Intelligence Systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•  Oversees the overall BI function within the organization and serves as the primary evangelist for the capabilities of the BI function.
•  Develops and maintains BI roadmap and plans for new delivery.
•  Ensures that all BI projects and activities align with corporate goals and initiatives, participating in the appropriate steering committees.
•  Provides organizational updates to executives at all levels as required.
•  Serves as an Enterprise Information Management (EIM) subject matter expert and advisor for BI governance, functional analytics and data governance.
•  Responsible for the successful and organized deployment of analytical information into the business community.
•  Oversees the definition, planning, estimation and management of new BI projects.
•  Oversees project execution- ensures delivery success; ensures projects are following delivery methodology and quality processes.
•  Oversees and manages BI customer relationships; ensures customer satisfaction; monitors project progress to customer expectations.
•  Identifies areas for continuous improvement and direct improvement activities.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

•  Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager.
•  Arrivals at work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
•  Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

•  Bachelor's degree with concentration in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Computer Sciences preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
•  Minimum of 6 years' experience working in Business Intelligence Systems.
•  Proficient in MS Office products.
•  Knowledgeable in Diver preferred.
•  Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
•  Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
•  Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to create actionable recommendations based on findings.
•  Able to multitask and handle fast-paced environment.
