Coeur de Terre Vineyard is a family-owned, estate winery located in Oregon’s McMinnville AVA. Since 2002, we have crafted wines exclusively from our organically and regeneratively farmed estate vineyard. Our approach is site-driven and minimalist — in both vineyard and cellar — and our tasting room reflects that same authenticity through education-focused hospitality.
Direct-to-consumer relationships are central to our success. We consistently earn 90+ scores and maintain a 4.9-star Google rating. We are now expanding our team to strengthen direct sales growth and digital engagement.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Direct Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support revenue growth through tasting room sales, digital outreach, physical marketiing materials and customer engagement.
This role is guest-facing and sales-driven, with responsibility for helping expand our digital presence and supporting wine club operations. You will work closely with the Tasting Room Manager and ownership to strengthen our direct-to-consumer performance.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, understands digital platforms, and wants to grow within wine marketing and DTC strategy.
Core Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Guest Experience
Deliver exceptional tasting room experiences
Convert guests to wine club members
Drive bottle sales and increase average order value
Support achievement of monthly DTC revenue goals
Work weekends and peak season shifts (May–October)
Digital Marketing & Engagement
Assist in executing a content calendar for social media and email
Capture photo and short-form video content during tastings and events
Draft social media posts and assist in scheduling content
Support email campaigns for releases, events, and promotions
Monitor engagement metrics and provide feedback on performance
Assist in updating website content as needed
Create and maintain physical marketing material for use in sales
Wine Club Support
Assist ownership with wine club logistics and communication
Help coordinate club release communications and pickup events
Support billing cycles and member follow-up
Maintain accurate CRM records
Events & Promotions
Assist with planning and execution of winery events
Help promote events across digital channels
Capture event content for future marketing use
Support off-site events when needed
Who You Are
Sales-oriented and comfortable engaging with guests
Digitally fluent and confident using Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing tools
Organized and detail-focused
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Interested in growing your skills in direct-to-consumer sales and marketing
Self-motivated and proactive in a small business environment
This position is especially well-suited for someone early in their career who wants exposure to wine marketing, brand development, and revenue strategy.
Qualifications
Required:
1–3+ years in hospitality, retail, or sales
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
Familiarity with social media platforms
Weekend availability
OLCC permit (or ability to obtain)
Preferred:
Winery, tasting room, or wine retail experience
Experience with email marketing platforms
CRM or POS experience
Basic understanding of content creation (Reels, Stories, short-form video)
Performance Focus

Engagement and growth across digital platforms
Event participation and response rates
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs (case of wine)
Ability to stand for extended periods
Comfortable working indoor and outdoor events
