Sales Representative – Pacific Northwest

AEB North America, based in Lodi, CA, has been serving the wine and spirits industry in North America for over 20 years with premium fermentation ingredients, filtration solutions, and processing equipment.
We are part of AEB Group, founded in Italy in 1963 and operating globally with production facilities and commercial branches worldwide.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow our Pacific Northwest territory (WA, OR, ID, with occasional travel to BC, Canada).
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on winemaking experience who understands cellar operations, filtration systems, and processing equipment and who enjoys building long-term relationships while developing new business.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow an established client base
Develop new business within the territory
Visit approximately 10 clients per week
Provide technical support and product recommendations (yeast, nutrients, tannins, filtration, processing equipment)
Support equipment proposals and follow projects through installation
Maintain accurate CRM follow-up and reporting
Occasionally travel to company headquarters and industry events
Qualifications
Winemaking experience required
Sales experience required
Experience with winery equipment and filtration systems strongly preferred
Strong technical understanding of cellar operations
Excellent relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Ability to travel regularly within the territory
