Glen Manor Vineyards has an immediate full-time employment opportunity for a winegrower and cellar assistant. Work will be alongside our lead winegrower and his assistant. Together completing skilled tasks in both our vineyards and winery cellar. Our philosophy is being extremely hands-on viticulturists, allowing us to honestly practice non-interventionalist and palate-based decision winemaking in crafting our estate wines. Some former farming and cellar experience is helpful. We farm a very steep and rocky mountainside vineyard site just an hours drive west of Washington DC at the northern entrance to the Shenandoah Valley. Growing Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, with a trial planting of Verdicchio going in this spring. Come join our fun!
