A boutique estate winery in Happy Canyon is seeking a reliable and hospitality-driven team member to support our Estate Sales Team on a part-time basis.
This role begins in a support capacity, assisting with the flow and execution of our semi-private tasting experiences. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure seamless service, while learning the foundations of luxury wine hospitality.
Primary Responsibilities:

Supporting tasting hosts with table reset, glassware, and service flow
Acting as an expeditor between service areas to maintain smooth guest experiences
Assisting with wine presentation setup and breakdown
Stocking, polishing stemware, and maintaining cleanliness of guest areas
Supporting events and member visits as needed
Upholding estate standards of professionalism and hospitality
Ideal Candidate:

Service-oriented with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Interest in wine and desire to grow within estate sales a plus
Weekend availability required
Ability to lift 40 lbs
