Job Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst gathers and analyzes data related to business systems to identify where improvements can be made. This position will work directly with the CFO in identifying business problems and needs, developing data-backed solutions, and assisting in implementing recommended improvements. The analyst will have knowledge of all internal systems and how they interact with each other, ensuring automation and integration to optimize workflow.



Duties & Responsibilities:



Reporting:

Daily sales report update and distribute to the US Business
Monthly Sales analysis report pulled in Power BI and distributed as needed
Collaborates with the CFO and other business staff to continuously improve all reports
Generate commission reports


VIP:

Oversee Data management, ensuring master data is up to date with current SKU’S
Ensure brand alignment with website implementation
Generate new SKUs, brands, and packaging as needed, including brand reassignments.
Provide support to all users, assisting with drafting new reports
Train and onboard new VIP users
Extract data from BC and Load control states (MS, UT, WY) shipments = depletions data and Goal.
Ad Hoc audit and correct the depletion on VIP against the distributors' depletion reports.
Ensure the correct data workflow from BC to VIP for open orders and shipped Orders.




Microsoft Business Central:

Own the relationship with Italy, ensuring all items have codes and are correctly populated on the system.

Manage BC Bug Fix
Manage the rollout of new development
Ensure the correct data workflow from BC to the other system.
TP
VIP


Tradeparency:

Manage the outsourced admin assistant to ensure tasks are completed on time and reports are distributed.
Oversee and maintain master data in TP.
Understand and manage pricing grids.
Ensure the correct data workflow from BC to TP.


Month-end, Year-end, and Audits Closing Tasks:

Assist with month-end closing tasks, including but not limited to Sales analysis, SPA analysis, DA analysis, and Text Files sent to HQ.
DI COGS Journal
Prepare the monthly DA accrual.
Run VIP depletion data and the Tradeparency DA rates report, and combine the datasets to calculate the monthly accrual.
Compile the monthly sales volume per SKU for the rolling forecast
Assist with all audits.


Budget and Forecasting:

Assist with the budgeting and forecasting, and Load budgets into the ERP system.
Understand AP and AR processes, including order capture, and serve as an ad hoc backup for these team members.
Other duties and ad hoc projects as requested by the CFO.


Required Skills & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Preferred experience with ERP or inventory software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite
Organized with exceptional attention to detail
Able to succeed in a changing environment


Education & Experience:

An associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant degree is preferred.
PC literate with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics - Business Central, and VIP
