A Taste of What You'll Do
Under general supervision, you will support the product development team by providing routine laboratory assistance, sample analysis, and hands-on help with experiments and prototypes. You'll run distillation, titrimetric, colorimetric and instrumental methods, operate and maintain lab instruments (auto-titrator, refractometer, density meter, spectrophotometer, balances, turbidimeter, ion-specific electrodes, and others), log and prioritize samples, and report results in a timely, accurate manner. You will prepare chemical solutions, manage chemical waste according to guidelines, and help keep the lab organized, clean, and safe.
You'll work closely with the sales and development teams to provide technical and application support, assist in evaluating new products and experimental blends, and build food and beverage prototypes. Responsibilities include LIMS sample entry when required, processing experimental samples, performing routine record-keeping and clerical tasks, and supporting special projects as assigned by the supervisor. Reliable attendance, timeliness, and adherence to quality, environmental and safety regulations are expected.
We value intrapreneurship and ownership: bring initiative, learn from experiments, share ideas, and hold yourself and others accountable while taking thoughtful risks. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, safety-minded, and excited to contribute to product innovation in a hands-on lab role, we'd love to hear from you.
