POSITION SUMMARY:

The Pricing Specialist role will report to the Director of Pricing and is based out of our Santa Rosa office of 30+ employees who supports a remote sales force of 250+ statewide. The primary tasks of the Pricing Specialist position are working with sales reps to register pricing exceptions and addressing pricing questions; working within our multiple software systems to help maintain pricing structures; research and solve pricing discrepancies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
•  Main contact for sales team to process pricing exceptions and update special pricing programs.
•  Pricing software system updates & maintenance (Encompass and JD Edwards).
•  Research and validation of price discrepancies.
•  Process pricing credit adjustments for billing purposes.
•  Track and update price and supplier support changes.
•  Work with our retail team on pricing maintenance and issues, helping maintain separate price trackers for these teams.
•  Develop knowledge of wines within the Regal portfolio through training.
•  Assist with other tasks and departments as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•  Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years related experience in pricing or 3 tier B2B preferred
•  Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and large data sets.
•  Wine distribution knowledge helpful but not needed
•  Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
•  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
•  Ability to handle multiple priorities and heavy workflow.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY: The base pay for this role ranges from $21.08 - $30.0 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
