Stoller Family Estate Reserve Winery is looking for fun, passionate individuals to join our crew for the 2026 harvest. We are situated in the heart of the Dundee Hills, with over 200 acres of estate vineyard right out the cellar door. Our gravity-flow winery was built in 2005 and became the world’s first LEED Gold certified winery in 2006. We bring in around 250 tons each vintage contributing to around 20 different cuvees.

We begin each vintage focusing on our Traditional Method sparkling wines composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. Shifting into still wine, the Reserve Winery is responsible for the production of our small lot Reserve and Legacy tier wines focusing on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the oldest sections of our vineyard. The Single Acre series rounds out our production with splashes of Aligoté, Pinot Blanc, Syrah, and Tempranillo.

The role is comprised of a variety of cellar tasks in a medium-sized Willamette Valley winery. This is a full-time seasonal position (August-November) with significant opportunity for overtime. We are also offering an extended 6-month intern experience starting this summer.

Duties:
•  Assist the cellar team with daily/weekly production goals.
•  Vineyard sampling
•  Assist in receiving and processing fruit, sorting, pressing, etc…
•  Perform punch-downs & pump-overs
•  Cleaning and sanitation of winery & equipment.
•  Make additions to juice, must, & wine.
•  Juice racking, and wine movements from tank to tank, tank to barrel.
•  Barrel filling, topping, stirring, and racking.
•  Complete work orders accurately.

Qualifications:
•  Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work flexible hours six days/week during harvest.
•  Great attitude and a healthy appetite for learning
•  Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
•  Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Compensation:
•  $22/hour
•  Meals provided daily
•  $500/month housing stipend available
