Job Description:

Opportunity to Advance to Lead Winemaker
Harmony Cellars is a small, family-owned winery on California’s Central Coast producing approximately 6,000 cases annually. We have proudly been in business for over 36 years and are seeking a skilled, motivated Associate Winemaker to oversee all aspects of production.
This position offers a clear pathway to advancement to Lead Winemaker, as our current winemaker is planning for retirement in the near future.
Outside of harvest, this is essentially a one-person production operation. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in an independent role and takes ownership of the winemaking process from grape to bottle.
