Location: Remote; preferably based within 30 minutes of a major metropolitan area in New York, New Jersey or Illinois with the ability to travel extensively throughout the Northeast and Upper Midwest.

Position Overview
Beck Family Estates is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across the Northeast and Upper Midwest. This role is responsible for managing distributor relationships, driving sales execution, developing market strategies, and ensuring consistent brand standards across a large, diverse territory.
The ideal candidate is a proven wine industry leader with deep distributor experience, strong analytical and pricing acumen, and the ability to lead from the front while influencing without authority.
Director Report – US National Sales Director
Key Responsibilities
•  Own and execute regional sales strategy across all assigned states
•  Manage and strengthen distributor relationships at the ownership, executive, and field levels
•  Lead distributor planning, goal setting, forecasting, and performance reviews
•  Drive depletion, distribution, pricing, and programming execution aligned with company objectives
•  Partner with distributor sales teams through market work, training, and key account development
•  Work closely with management on pricing, strategy, and execution priorities
•  Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and leadership teams
•  Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations on market performance
•  Identify opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and distributor optimization
Qualifications
•  10+ years of wine industry experience (supplier, importer, or distributor)
•  Proven success managing large, multi-state distributor networks
•  Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and financial drivers
•  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•  Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
•  Comfortable with frequent travel (approx. 50%)
•  Bachelor’s degree preferred; CSW or equivalent certification a plus
Compensation & Benefits
•  Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 (Base + Commission Structure)
