At Antica Terra and Lillian, we carry out our work with exhaustive focus, the highest intention and an irreverent disregard of convention. We are looking for passionate, driven and thoughtful interns for the 2026 harvest season to join us in this endeavor.

The job requirements include an intense dedication to making world-class wines, a positive attitude, an eagerness to work hard, flexibility to work early morning or late night shifts, the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and a willingness to get dirty and clean scrupulously. We are seeking individuals that have a strong aptitude for working within a team environment and a keen attention to detail.

The season will begin in early September and will culminate in the barreling down of the last lots in late October.
