Rose & Arrow Estate is seeking a Harvest Intern for the 2026 harvest season. We are a terroir focused Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producer, seeking an intern with flexibility to work in the cellar and vineyards during harvest season. Our team is small and well provided for with daily meals and compensation based on experience. Previous experience is highly valued.
Dates:
Late August to Mid-November
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Extensive cleaning of equipment, tanks, barrels and the facility.
• Assist in various vineyard work, fruit processing, sorting, destemming, pump overs and other winemaking tasks.
• Topping and general cellar work as needed.
• Monitoring fermentations.
• Other duties assigned by the winemaker.
Requirements:
• Full-time availability including early mornings, late nights, and weekends during harvest season (schedule flexibility required).
• Appreciation of team work.
• Previous cellar experience preferred.
• Punctual, reliable, and organized.
• Forklift and heavy equipment operations are a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working on ladders.
• Initiative to ask questions and work well with others.
