Buyer Operations Analyst

LangeTwins Family Winery & Vineyards is hiring a Buyer Operations Analyst to support procurement, inventory planning, supplier performance, and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, analytical role with direct impact on production schedules, inventory accuracy, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
*Create and manage purchase orders for dry goods aligned with production schedules
*Maintain purchasing aligned with a 90-day rolling production plan
*Coordinate supplier MOQs, lead times, and delivery schedules
*Monitor supplier performance and proactively resolve delivery or quality issues
*Track inventory levels and reconcile against forecasts and bottling plans
*Analyze inventory and spend data to identify risks, shortages, or inefficiencies
*Prepare procurement KPIs including on-time delivery, cost variance, and supplier performance
*Support supplier forecasting and analyze forecast vs. actuals
*Collaborate with production, bottling, winemaking, logistics, quality, and finance teams
*Maintain item master data and supplier records in ERP systems

Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
*3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management
*Manufacturing, food, beverage, or CPG experience strongly preferred
*Strong Excel skills; ERP system experience required
*Understanding of inventory planning, supplier forecasting, and COGs
*Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
