FloState Wine & Spirits is a rapidly growing, premium wine and spirits distribution company in Florida, focused on representing small, family-owned producers and elite winemakers from Napa, Sonoma, and other top regions. We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable Sales Representative to help expand our footprint across fine-dining restaurants, private clubs, and luxury accounts statewide.
Compensation
•  Commission-based pay structure (percentage based on experience and book of business)
•  Monthly gas & expense stipend
•  Additional subsidy or draw available for experienced candidates during ramp-up period
•  Significant upside as territories scale
Responsibilities
•  Build and manage relationships with restaurants, wine directors, sommeliers, clubs, and retail accounts
•  Present and sell a curated portfolio of fine wines and craft spirits
•  Conduct tastings, staff trainings, wine dinners, and special events (nights/weekends required)
•  Plan territory routes and grow account penetration
•  Transport and lift cases of wine (up to 45 lbs regularly)
•  Represent FloState professionally in all market activities
Requirements
•  Strong knowledge of wine and ability to confidently discuss producers, regions, and styles
•  Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
•  Willingness to work nights and weekends for events and wine dinners
•  Ability to lift 45-lb cases repeatedly
•  Clean driving record
•  Reliable personal vehicle
•  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
•  Previous beverage alcohol or hospitality sales experience strongly preferred
•  Must be a team player
