Wine Club Marketing Assistant Manager
Location: INTERCOASTAL Wine Company - 13731 N. Hwy 88, Lodi, CA 95240
Position Type: Monday - Friday (with flexibility to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday)
Position Summary:
INTERCOASTAL Wine Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Wine Club Marketing Assistant Manager to lead our winery's wine club programs and support our overall customer retention and growth strategies. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, team-oriented, and passionate about wine and hospitality. This role will assist with the daily management of the wine club, including member engagement, communication, marketing campaigns, and customer service, with the goal of driving club growth and enhancing member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Wine Club Management:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the wine club program including member onboarding, retention, fulfillment, billing, and shipping.
Help develop and implement creative strategies to grow club membership with a results-oriented focus
Analyze club data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
Experience with Commerce 7, Red Chirp, Canva (or other graphic design platforms) for light graphic design & campaign support

Marketing & Communication:
Help with planning and executing marketing campaigns, email communications, and newsletters to promote wine club offerings and events.
Craft compelling written content to engage members and promote brand loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team on social media, advertising, and website updates related to the wine club.

Customer Service:
Maintain exceptional rapport with wine club members through timely, friendly, and professional communication to include written, verbal and text.
Serve as the point of contact for wine club inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience across all customer touch points.

Technical & Administrative Duties:
Utilize platforms such as RedChirp, Commerce7, or similar systems to manage club operations and member communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Track performance metrics and generate regular reports for leadership.

Event Coordination & Team Collaboration:
Assist with planning and hosting wine club pickup parties and exclusive events.
Work closely with the tasting room, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure coordinated execution of club activities.

Qualifications:
2+ years of wine club management experience or a similar role in the wine industry.
Must be digitally organized
Strong MAC computer skills including CRM, email marketing software, spreadsheets, and POS systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive customer concerns effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and team-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor
Experience with RedChirp, Commerce7 & Canva
Knowledge and passion for wine, with the ability to communicate enthusiastically about products and events

Physical/ Mental Requirements:
Must be 21+ years of age
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods as required by job duties
Must be able to bend, squat, climb, push, stoop and crouch repeatedly
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
