A Taste of What You'll Do

Join GALLO as a Sr. Sales Finance Analyst and play a key role in driving profitable growth for our U.S. Sales organization. In this role, you will provide insightful financial and business analysis to guide strategic decisions, assess the impact of projects and transactions, and strengthen financial processes across the region. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data and industry trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure financial priorities align with business goals.

Your work will include developing and managing regional profit and loss reporting, supporting annual financial planning, and tracking operating plans to ensure objectives are met. You'll analyze ROI and profitability for initiatives, recommend changes to systems and policies, and implement innovative solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making. You will also introduce technology-driven tools to improve sales performance analysis, ensuring the organization stays ahead in a competitive market.

What You'll Need

•  Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Skilled in the use of MS Excel at an intermediate level.
•  Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
•  Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

•  MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, military, operations, supply chain, sales, consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of Finance or Accounting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Experience with SAP.
•  Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level. Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
