Marcassin Wine Co. is seeking harvest interns to join our 2026 winemaking team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a calm, unhurried, highly detailed winemaking environment.
Interns will be part of a small team and can expect to be involved with all aspects of our harvest production process including bottling. Applicants should expect to work up to 90 hrs/week for several weeks, including weekends. This position will start late July and run through October, depending on timing of harvest.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Cleaning and Sanitation
-Cap Management
-Fermentation Monitoring
-Lab chemistry/microbiology
-Barrel work
The ideal candidate will have minimum one vintage prior experience, will be self-motivated and posses a strong desire to learn. Ability, and willingness to lift 50lbs repeatedly and climb stairs is required. Degree in Enology or related field preferred.
