00 Wines is seeking experienced and skilled Seasonal Harvest crew members to join us for the 2026 harvest season. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the production of our acclaimed, small-lot Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley.

You'll be working with a small hands-on team of artisanal winemakers whose wines have recently been named best of the vintage in Meursault, Gevery-Chambertin, and in the Willamette Valley.

We are competitive, serious, and dedicated to our craft. We work long hours in a physically demanding environment during harvest, and we don't cut corners.

•  What You’ll Do:

Participate in all harvest activities, including grape reception, sorting, fermentation management, cap management (punch-downs and pump-overs), pressing, and barreling down

Operate forklifts safely to transport bins, barrels, and equipment

Clean, sanitize, and maintain winery equipment and work areas

Record and monitor fermentation metrics and assist with tastings and evaluations

Work closely with our focused, quality-driven winemaking team

•  Requirements:

At least one prior harvest experience is required; multiple harvest experiences are preferred

Forklift driving experience is mandatory (current certification is a plus)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work long hours, including weekends, in a physically demanding environment

Must be 21 years of age or older

Team-oriented mindset with a passion for wine
