Position Overview
Napa Carbonated Bottlers is seeking an experienced Bottling & Disgorging Line Technician to support both our in-house sparkling wine production facility and our mobile bottling operations across California. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing bottling and disgorging lines in both winery and mobile environments.
The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, adaptable, and comfortable traveling to client sites while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, monitor, and break down bottling and disgorging lines
Travel to wineries throughout California for scheduled mobile bottling projects
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and minor electrical issues in real time
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation of equipment
Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with winery standards
Train and support other production staff as requested
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Qualifications
Experience in winery bottling, disgorging, or beverage production preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude (all forms of bottling equipment)
Willingness and ability to travel within California for mobile bottling projects
Ability to troubleshoot equipment quickly and calmly under pressure
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet for extended periods
Basic understanding of sanitation and food/beverage safety practices
Willingness to share knowledge and help train team members
Forklift experience a plus
