BRAND Napa Valley farms 12 acres of organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Italian white varieties from our 110-acre estate and winery on the high-altitude slopes of the world-renowned Pritchard Hill region in the Napa Valley. We are a small, tight-knit team looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, enthusiastic person to join us for the 2026 Harvest. The position will work closely with the winemaking team: Cellarmaster, Assistant Winemaker, and Winemaker, and will be involved in all aspects of the winemaking process, as well as assisting with vineyard and lab operations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen passion for winemaking and a desire to both learn from and contribute to practices and historical knowledge at BRAND Napa Valley.

Job duties include:
-Vineyard sampling/monitoring
-Cleaning and Sanitation
-Fruit sorting and operating crush equipment
-Fermentation management and monitoring
-Inoculations and additions
-Draining, digging, and pressing tanks
-Lab analysis
-Filling, racking, and topping barrels
-Data collection and analysis
-Participation in production tastings with staff and consulting winemaker
-Assist with vineyard and winemaking experiments
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Flexible schedule: hours include overtime, weekend, and/or holidays
-Must be 21 years of age
-Excellent English speaking and literacy skills
-Ability to work well as a team and contribute to group tasks
-Ability to complete work orders independently and willingness to learn
-Knowledge of basic cellar procedures
-Attention to detail and a passion for wine
-Must have a valid driver’s license
