Crocker & Starr Winery in St. Helena, Napa Valley is seeking two motivated cellar interns to join our tight-knit winemaking team for the upcoming 2026 harvest. You will be exposed to all sides of harvest, from our viticultural practices and grape sampling in our 85-acre estate vineyard, to processing fruit and following fermentations all the way to barrel alongside our winemaker. We are committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of wine industry professionals, so while previous experience isn't required, a strong work ethic and sense of curiosity certainly is. If you are interested in learning all aspects of winemaking from vineyard to blending, this is the ideal harvest internship for you.

Crocker & Starr has prioritized sustainable, innovative, and high-quality winemaking since our inception in 1997. We were an early adopter of organic farming practices and are currently incorporating more regenerative agriculture in our estate vineyard, while also maintaining a sustainable wine cellar in our state-of-the-art winery.

Job Responsibilities:
•  Fruit sampling, pest scouting, juice sample analysis
•  Receiving and processing grapes
•  Inoculations, fermentation tracking, punch downs/pumpovers, additions, draining and pressing, and barrel maintenance & filling
•  Sanitation of facility and all equipment
•  Tasting & blending with winemaking team

•  Strong communication and time management skills
•  Ability to work long hours and ability to lift over 50 lbs.
•  All candidates must be able to currently work in the US legally

Start Date: Early August
$20-24/hour DOE plus overtime
