A Taste of What You'll Do
We're seeking a collaborative Team Leader who brings operations, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience and a passion for developing people and processes to join our Canandaigua, NY team. You'll lead a diverse team with varying experience and education, coaching, mentoring, and guiding daily work to meet quality, cost and service goals for both internal and external customers. You'll participate in hiring, conduct one‑on‑ones and performance conversations, recommend development goals, and support change while promoting ownership, intrapreneurship and continuous improvement.
You'll manage day‑to‑day floor activities, approve timecards, support workforce planning and provide real‑time status to leadership and cross‑functional partners. You'll apply Lean principles, enforce standard work, JSAs and GMPs, and use problem‑solving to drive performance improvements. Budget responsibility includes executing plans, monitoring crew staffing and material usage, performing weekly reconciliations and trend analysis, and adjusting to meet production forecasts. This role will be Monday through Friday 2:30pm-11:30pm.
Safety, compliance and regulatory awareness are essential. You will coach safe work practices, support incident investigations and root cause analysis, understand PSM/RMP and environmental permits, and proactively identify hazards. Where applicable, you'll work collaboratively with labor partners and support HR in investigations and compliance matters.

What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of supervisory/managerial experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of military operations experience to include leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to work shifts as scheduled.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
