About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused person for a full-time hybrid role on our client onboarding team. The work will consist of guiding clients through data migrations, integration setups, and other technical aspects of their account setup as well as manipulating and analyzing data. Strong communication skills to guide clients through technical steps with patience and superior customer service will be key. On-site client visits may be required from time to time.
Requirements:
• Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to review a high-volume of materials quickly and with accuracy.
• Data analysis experience.
• Professional, friendly communicator with an aptitude and patience for supporting new users.
• Experience working with WordPress, MailChimp, Klaviyo, basic HTML, and Database migrations.
• Willingness to learn on the job and to learn and grow from one’s mistakes.
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and/or remotely; strong time management.
• Experience working at a winery or a fulfillment house and/or with a winery-specific e-commerce software is a plus!
Compensation: $72,000 - $74,000 annual salary
Location: Proximity to Sonoma County, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm PST
