A Taste of What You'll Do
Under general supervision, this role supports the maintenance of wastewater drainage and pond systems, keeps storm drains clear, and performs routine inspections and minor repairs to ensure efficient operation of ponds and related components. You'll also support landscaping and grounds projects-mowing, trimming, planting, sprinkler installation and repair, and maintaining flowerbeds, trees and weed control-while operating and caring for gas-powered tools and grounds equipment. Routine application of pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers is part of the work, following all safety and regulatory guidelines.

You'll engage in special projects as assigned, maintain reliable attendance and timeliness, and document work to meet quality, environmental and safety standards. Training and clear procedures will be provided; safe work practices and proper use of PPE are expected at all times.

What You'll Need
• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years experience landscaping, ranch maintenance, production, operations, or construction experience.
• Experience maintaining common landscaping equipment used in the regular course of landscaping maintenance.
• Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Internal/external customer service experience.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of experience in landscaping, ranch maintenance, production, operations, or construction experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience working in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical processes.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
