About the role
We are seeking a self-motivated person to fill a full-time remote position focusing on customer service. The work is mostly handled through an online ticketing system and the type of inquiries range from handling customer order issues to client support to approving products for sale on our platform and more. Kindness, patience, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and superb communication skills play a role in all interactions.

Shifts: Tuesday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm PST and Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST

Requirements
•  Minimum 2 years’ experience in a tasting room and/or other winery admin role
•  Experience working with CRMs and multiple online platforms simultaneously
•  High proficiency in Excel including data review, transfer, and manipulation
•  Skilled problem-solver and multitasker, thrive in a fast-paced environment
•  Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and/or remotely, strong time-management skills
•  Excellent communication skills, an aptitude for sales & dedication to customer satisfaction
•  Patient, kind, open communicator
•  Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and to learn and grow from mistakes

Terms of employment
Compensation CA: $20 - $22 per hour DOE/Other locations: Competitive; Medical, Dental, Vision, and Short-Term Disability Insurance covered at 100% for employees, EAP, FSA/HSA, 401(K), and a generous time-off policy.
