JOB DESCRIPTION
• Conduct quarterly and/or annual Distributor business reviews
• Create successful management and sales personnel incentive programs that obtain sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key on and off premise accounts
• Implement brand awareness through tastings, event and wine dinners
• Manage Distributor at all levels to achieve brand objectives and profitable growth
• Manage entire business within the designated area, travel required
• Organize and execute market visits with key winery suppliers
• Responsible for the Region’s Financials which include Budgets, Depletions & Pricing
• Work with our National Chain Account Managers and execute chain development
QUALIFICATIONS
• 6-10 years of experience in the wine/spirits industry
• Able and willing to lift and move cases of wine
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Certification through CMS, SWE, and/or WSET preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license

SALARY INFORMATION
Salary $115,000 + Bonus
