Pacific Bottling Services is looking for a Bottling Manager to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small family-owned mobile wine bottling business with a reputable presence in the industry over the past 10 years. We have three mobile bottling trucks that service the Willamette Valley area with one goal: to deliver the highest quality bottling service to winery clients. We are looking for a Bottling Manager to join our team who is highly motivated and willing to work hard.

The Bottling Manager is responsible for the quality operation, and preventative maintenance of all bottling line machinery. This includes daily sanitation, preparation, operation, and cleaning of packaging equipment. The position is headquartered in McMinnville, OR but travel throughout the Willamette Valley and occasionally beyond is required.

Ideal candidates have a background in production, operated a bottling line previously and have a mechanical background. Also, the ability to handle situations calmly and professionally is a must. Every bottling is critical to our winery clients and the ability to stay cool under pressure while solving challenges is essential.

What you will need:

2 years prior bottling or packaging experience
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Self-Starter
Able to work on your feet all day.
Strong attention to detail

Work well in fast-paced and changing environment.
Team player
Lift up to 50lbs
Must have or be able to get your CDL Class A license.

This is a full-time position with pay 52 weeks a year, but schedule varies with frequent overtime January-September and significant time off October-December. Weekend work is rare.

Salary DOE
3 weeks paid time off and 6 paid Holidays.
