Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing various marketing projects and processes. This position requires tight interaction with brand managers, sales, customer service, and customers, to ensure our websites, social platforms, collateral and other communications, assets, etc. are accurately reflected of the brands this position represents. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following key areas: 1) marketing & sales support 2) data collection 3) general administrative support. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and project management skills, strong technical skills, experience in data manipulation and presentation, good interpersonal skills, and excellent administrative support skills. Expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion, and company culture.

Position Responsibilities

Marketing and Sales Support

Ensure all resource platforms external and internal are up to date regularlyField and execute sales requests; pass to management if falls outside of roles & responsibilitiesBrand maintenance updates: sales sheets, shelftalkers, presentations, QR code creation, etc.Submit creative project requests per Brand Manager directives; work with team to see projects through to completionAssist with the coordination of internal/ external wine and spirits tastingsMonitor and manage Terlato website / digital presence + other various consumer/ trade touch points for brands to ensure accuracy and relevanceDevelop and send branded sales communications Assist with producer visits coordination and executionSupport of branded events/ PR eventsAssist with consumer branded inquiriesCode/record invoices in brand checkbooks + reconcile checkbooks monthly Assist with team and program travel/ trip planning needsAssist with agency and third-party partnership management
Data Collection Support

Learn the basics of VIP, AC Nielsen, and other third-part data systems: standard data pulls, ad hoc data pulls, and basic understanding of the data being pulledManage and refresh monthly reports; send reports to external partners monthlyManage and update brand program trackers
General Administrative Support

Process sample requests and shipping requestsSetup meetings invites + meeting rooms Manage internal folder sharing platforms permissionsComplete projects assigned by management, with keen attention to detailKeep track of key deadlines, and manage time effectively and efficiently
Professional Qualifications

1+ years of business/marketing experienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills Outstanding organizational and coordination skillsExperience working with data collection, analysis and reportingExcellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) Demonstrated understanding of basic marketing preferredDemonstrated initiative and ability to self-direct projects
