At LucidWild, hospitality isn't scripted, it's felt.

Hidden beneath the estate, our speakeasy is a low-lit, vinyl-spinning space where conversation flows, cocktails are intentional, and wine is shared the way it should be by the bottle. This is not a high-volume bar. It's an atmosphere.

We're looking for a part-time Bartender to help bring this space to life on Saturdays and during select private events.

The Role
You're not just behind the bar, you're part of the experience.

You'll craft classic and house cocktails, serve LucidWild wines exclusively by the bottle, and engage guests with a relaxed, confident presence that feels effortless and authentic. You understand pacing, mood, and when great hospitality means doing less not more.

What You'll Do
Prepare and serve craft cocktails with consistency and care

Present and serve LucidWild wines by the bottle only, with confidence and knowledge

Create a welcoming, elevated guest experience in an intimate setting

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

Work closely with the hospitality team during tastings and events

Open and close the speakeasy efficiently and responsibly

Follow all OLCC and safety standards

Who You Are
Prior bartending experience (craft cocktail or elevated hospitality preferred)

Comfortable in refined, social environments with discerning guests

Naturally warm, observant, and guest-focused

Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Passionate about drinks, ambiance, and human connection

Shift:
Saturday's - 2:30 PM 8:00 PM
Additional shifts for private events and special evenings

A FEW MUST-HAVES:
OLCC certified
Oregon Food Handler Certified
Able to lift 40lbs, repeatedly, every day
Reliable, punctual, and solution-oriented

Available to work weekends and occasional evenings
